A diverse set of experiences, perspectives, and backgrounds is crucial to the development of new ideas, and to what makes our Synizens so special.
One of our favorite ways to foster creativity and to truly live our
Core Values is through DemoJam, an internal best practice showdown featuring our team of 100% data-focused experts – our consultants. Day in and day out, our consulting team is delivering successful projects for our customers, working alongside colleagues in product and sales, and with our partners.
DemoJam invites colleagues from each of our regions – Americas, EMEA, and APJ – to show off the innovations they’ve created, performing a seven-minute virtual demo of their designs in front of a team of regional judges. Regional winners are then sent off to the Global DemoJam finale where three winners are crowned.
Our panel of judges review the submissions in three areas:
- Functionality: Cool feature that can be used anywhere.
- Extension: Modification to an existing app
- Application: Built from scratch
Scores are based on originality, maturity, customer value, market value, and presentation, as well as voting feedback from event attendees.
2021 had more than 40 submissions with 30 Jammers competing in three regional events.
